🔒 About country counts and client numbers

We do not publish client counts, country counts or repurchase percentages on this page. These figures require a clear calculation basis and verified data, which has not yet been completed. Rather than display an unverified counter, we show what we can confirm: the regions we serve and the types of cooperation we support.

Purchase Profiles

Types of cooperation we support

We organize buyer relationships by purchase profile, not by buyer identity labels. These are the four cooperation types we document.

01

Trial Buyers

First-time buyers testing a new product category or verifying product, quality and process.

Trial Orders →
02

Bulk Buyers

Buyers needing consistent repeat supply at scale without a full container commitment.

Bulk Orders →
03

Container Buyers

Buyers with confirmed resale channels and logistics readiness at container scale.

Container Orders →
04

Repeat Buyers

Buyers with verified repeat-purchase relationships, scaling or refining their configuration.

Repeat Purchase Proof

How we verify repeat relationships

Repeat purchase is a meaningful signal, but only when it is verified. This is how we document it.

Repeat relationships require transaction evidence

A reorder claim is only published when it can be linked to an actual follow-on order. We do not publish "80% repurchase rate" or similar percentage claims without a verified calculation basis.

  • Linked to an actual follow-on order record
  • Consistent product line and configuration where applicable
  • Evidence types documented — order, shipment, loading
  • Published only with buyer permission where identifiable
  • Shown as evidence, not as a satisfaction claim
Important: Repeat purchase depends on the buyer's own market outcome. We do not claim that all buyers reorder, or that a reorder is guaranteed for any buyer.

Testimonials

What buyers say — where published with permission

We publish testimonials only when they have a verifiable original source and the buyer has given permission. Where permission has not been granted, we do not publish.

💬

Testimonials are held pending verified permission

Buyer testimonials require verifiable original source and explicit permission to publish. We do not publish anonymous testimonials, paraphrased feedback or testimonials without a verifiable source. When permission is confirmed, testimonials will be published here with attributed context.

Client Media Evidence

Real buyer and shipment evidence

These images come from real order preparation, shipment and loading operations. Where an image identifies a buyer, it is published only with permission.

Featured Cases

Selected cases from the case library

These are summaries of selected cases. The full case library and detailed evidence live on Business Cases.

Privacy & Permission

How we handle buyer privacy

Publishing buyer evidence requires balancing proof with privacy. These are the rules we apply.

🔒 Our publication rules

We do not publish buyer identities, contact details or proprietary information without permission. Where evidence is used without identification, we still ensure the underlying transaction is verified.

Country / product / configuration — generally publishable, as these describe the market context.
Buyer name / logo / face — requires explicit permission before publication.
Contact details — never published without explicit permission.
Pricing / commercial terms — held privately between buyer and Ross.
Screenshots of chats / messages — supplementary only, not the default format, and only with permission.
Testimonials — published only with verifiable source and explicit permission.
Client FAQ

Questions about our client evidence

How many clients do you have?
We do not publish a client count because it has not been verified with a clear calculation basis. A count without a defined method (active vs historical, once vs repeat, per year vs total) is not meaningful evidence. What we can confirm is the regions we serve and the types of cooperation we support.
How many countries do you export to?
We do not publish a country count for the same reason we do not publish a client count — the number requires verified data and a clear definition. We serve buyers across Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America, each with a dedicated market solution page. If you need specific country coverage information for your market, ask us directly.
What is your repurchase rate?
We do not publish a repurchase rate. Percentage claims require a verified calculation basis, which has not been completed. Repeat relationships are documented as verified transaction evidence in specific cases, not as an aggregate rate. You can see repeat-order structure on the Business Cases page.
Why don't you show buyer names or testimonials?
Buyer names, company logos, faces and testimonials require explicit permission before publication. Where permission has not been granted, we publish evidence without identifying details. This is a privacy commitment, not a lack of evidence. When permission is confirmed, testimonials will appear on this page.
Can you provide references from existing buyers?
We do not share buyer contact details, as this would violate their privacy. What we can share is the structure of cases we have handled — market, product mix, configuration, evidence type — on Business Cases. If you need specific market evidence for your destination, ask us and we will confirm what can be shared within the privacy scope.
What is the difference between this page and Business Cases?
This page shows breadth — market coverage, cooperation types and evidence categories. Business Cases shows depth — the transaction chain of a specific order from requirement through configuration, fulfillment and verified outcome. Use this page to understand the scope of our buyer relationships; use Business Cases to see how a specific order is documented.
