What bag types can I order in one lot?
You can order a single bag type (for example ladies' bags only) or a mixed lot combining several types. Mixed lots are common for volume resale channels. We confirm the exact composition per order rather than applying one universal rule.
How much does a used bag bale weigh?
Packing weight is product-specific. Current listed packing ranges from 20kg to 40kg depending on bag type, and PU/leather brand bags are packed by piece. We confirm the exact weight per product before you order — there is no universal bag bale weight.
Can I specify brands or materials?
You can request a material direction (PU, leather, fabric, mixed) and a brand-oriented lot. Specific brand availability is stock-sensitive and cannot be guaranteed as permanent. We confirm what is currently available for your destination.
What does Grade A vs Grade B mean for used bags?
Ross operates an A/B commercial grading system for used bags. The exact criteria are product-specific — a Grade A ladies' bag is assessed on different points than a Grade A school bag. Grade does not guarantee identical style, color, material or zero signs of use.
What is your minimum order (MOQ)?
We support trial, bulk and container orders depending on the bag type and packing. Tell us your destination, bag type and target volume and we'll confirm a realistic starting point.
How do I know what I will receive?
You receive an order specification covering bag type, grade/condition, packing, quantity and special requirements. Natural variation in brand, color, design, material ratio and size is normal for used goods and is stated up front.
