Quality control for used goods is not about making every piece identical. It is about sorting correctly, removing what does not belong, and matching the lot to the confirmed specification.
Every order moves through these eight stages. Each stage has a defined purpose and a defined output.

Clothes, shoes and bags have different condition dimensions. We do not apply a single universal checklist across all categories.
Clothing condition is assessed on visible wear, fabric integrity and completeness.
Shoe condition is assessed on sole wear, upper integrity and pair matching.
Bag condition is assessed on hardware, structure and visible surface integrity.
Items that fall below the confirmed grade are not silently included. They are either reclassified to a lower grade or removed from the lot.
Items that do not meet Grade A but are still sellable may be reclassified to a lower grade.
Items that do not meet any commercial grade are removed from the lot.
Packing is verified against the confirmed specification — weight, compression, labeling and consistency.
Bale weight checked against the product-specific packing standard.
Compression and securing checked for load stability and handling.
Labels and order identification verified for traceability.
Packing consistency checked across lots within the same order.
Before the container is closed, the loaded order is reviewed against the order specification and the packing list.

Quality control is applied through the sorting and packing process — items are checked against product-specific criteria during sorting and before packing. We do not claim that every individual item or every bale is 100% inspected as a universal rule, because the level of coverage depends on product and order type. Tell us your quality requirement and we confirm the applicable process for your order.
Items that do not meet the confirmed grade are either reclassified to a lower grade or removed from the lot. They are not silently included in the shipment. The exact criteria are product-specific and confirmed against your order specification.
Consistency comes from applying the same grade criteria, packing standards and process checkpoints across orders. Grade is confirmed per product line, packing is product-specific, and sorting / QC follow the same steps. What may vary within a grade is stated up front and remains consistent across orders.
Yes. You can define product, grade direction, mix, packing and quantity within the options we can support. Your order specification becomes the reference for sorting, QC and pre-loading verification. If a requirement is not feasible for a specific product, we tell you before confirming the order.
Before loading is completed, we review the loaded order against the order specification and packing list. This includes product and grade match, quantity and packing match, and loading sequence per the confirmed configuration. Loading records are kept for reference.
