Quality control for used goods is not about making every piece identical. It is about sorting correctly, removing what does not belong, and matching the lot to the confirmed specification.
Every order moves through these eight stages. Each stage has a defined purpose and a defined output.

Clothes, shoes and bags have different condition dimensions. We do not apply a single universal checklist across all categories.
Clothing condition is assessed on visible wear, fabric integrity and completeness.
Shoe condition is assessed on sole wear, upper integrity and pair matching.
Bag condition is assessed on hardware, structure and visible surface integrity.
Items that fall below the confirmed grade are not silently included. They are either reclassified to a lower grade or removed from the lot.
Items that do not meet Grade A but are still sellable may be reclassified to a lower grade.
Items that do not meet any commercial grade are removed from the lot.
Packing is verified against the confirmed specification — weight, compression, labeling and consistency.
Bale weight checked against the product-specific packing standard.
Compression and securing checked for load stability and handling.
Labels and order identification verified for traceability.
Packing consistency checked across lots within the same order.
Before the container is closed, the loaded order is reviewed against the order specification and the packing list.
