Incoming Stock
Received goods are staged and prepared for the sorting line before grading begins.
See the physical sorting, packing, warehouse and loading operations behind every Ross shipment. This page answers one question: can we fulfil your order?
Ross supplies wholesale used clothing, shoes and bags from an operational sorting and packing facility. We are not a trading desk reselling from third-party stock — we sort, grade, pack and prepare goods ourselves.
Production and shipping operations are handled by our operating entity, YEJIAYE CLOTHING SORTING CO., LIMITED (Yijayi), under the Ross public brand.
Each area handles a specific stage of the sorting and supply process — from incoming stock through to loading.
Received goods are staged and prepared for the sorting line before grading begins.
Goods are separated by category, season, demographic and condition before grading.
Sorted goods are assigned to commercial grades based on product-specific criteria.
Goods are compressed, baled and labeled to product-specific packing standards.
Packed bales are stored in a dedicated area awaiting loading and shipment preparation.
Prepared orders are staged and loaded per confirmed packing and container plan.
What the facility can process and how packing is executed — the operational answer to "can this order be fulfilled?"
Sorting is handled by trained staff following category, season, demographic and condition criteria.
Packing is product-specific and confirmed on the order specification before execution.
Finished goods are stored and staged before loading, so orders can be prepared without disrupting the sorting line.
Packed and staged goods are stored in a dedicated area before loading.
Loading is planned after packing is confirmed — not before.
We publish only what we can verify. Where a number is not yet confirmed, we say so instead of inventing one.
These images come from actual facility operations — sorting, packing, storage and loading. They are not stock photos or AI-generated visuals.
Every order moves through the same operational chain: sorting, grading, packing, verification and loading. The Business Cases page shows how this chain works on real orders — with transaction evidence.
The Factory page answers "can we fulfil?" — these pages answer the next logical questions.
