🏭 Physical Sorting Facility 📦 Packing & Warehouse Operations 🚛 Container Loading Capability
Direct Answer

Yes — we operate a physical sorting and supply facility

Ross supplies wholesale used clothing, shoes and bags from an operational sorting and packing facility. We are not a trading desk reselling from third-party stock — we sort, grade, pack and prepare goods ourselves.

Production and shipping operations are handled by our operating entity, YEJIAYE CLOTHING SORTING CO., LIMITED (Yijayi), under the Ross public brand.

Factory FAQ

Facility questions from buyers

Is Ross a factory or a trading company?
Ross operates a physical sorting and supply facility. We sort, grade, pack and prepare goods ourselves — we are not a trading desk reselling from third-party stock. Production and shipping operations are handled by our operating entity, Yijayi, under the Ross public brand.
How many workers do you have?
We do not publish a worker count because it has not been verified for public use. What we can confirm is the operational scope: sorting, grading, packing, warehouse and loading are all handled in-house. If you need workforce information for a specific commercial reason, please ask us directly.
What is the size of your facility?
We do not publish facility square footage because it has not been verified for public use. We do show the operational areas: incoming stock, sorting, grading, packing, finished goods storage and loading. You can request a live video walkthrough or facility visit if you need more detail.
Can you handle large or recurring orders?
Yes. Our supply supports trial, bulk and container-scale orders, and recurring purchase relationships. Supply continuity depends on product and season, which we confirm per order. We do not publish a fixed monthly output number.
Can I visit the factory?
Facility visits can be arranged in advance. If you are planning an order and want to verify operations first, contact us to discuss timing and arrangement. For buyers who cannot visit, we can share live video or additional operational media on request.
Do you outsource sorting or packing?
No. Sorting, grading, packing and loading are handled in-house at our facility. This is why we can control product-specific packing standards, verify packing before loading and maintain consistent quality across repeat orders.
