What Cases Show

A case is a chain of transaction evidence

Each case follows the same chain: Requirement → Configuration → Fulfillment → Evidence. We do not publish testimonials without a transaction behind them.

01

Requirement

The buyer's market, product need, target volume and purchasing goal.

02

Configuration

Why this product / mix / grade / packing was recommended for that market.

03

Fulfillment

How the order was prepared — sorting, packing, verification and loading.

04

Evidence

Real photos, loading records, shipment confirmation or repeat-order evidence.

Case Library

Filter cases by market, product or order size

Filters are shown only when there are enough cases to make them useful. Clicking a filter updates the case cards below.

Note: Filters are provided for navigation. Only cases with verified transaction evidence are published — we do not pad the case library to make filters look fuller.
Case Structure

How every case is documented

Each published case follows the same four-part structure. Cases without all four parts are held until the evidence chain is complete.

1

Requirement

Market, product need, target volume, purchasing goal.

2

Configuration

Product mix, grade direction, packing and container plan.

3

Fulfillment

Sorting, packing, QC and pre-loading verification.

4

Evidence

Photos, loading records, shipment confirmation, repeat orders.

Evidence Explanation

How we classify evidence levels

Not all evidence carries the same weight. We use a five-level classification to describe what each case actually proves.

The evidence classification we apply

Cases are only published when their evidence chain is verified. This is how we classify the evidence we collect, from lowest to highest value.

CE0
Claim Only

A statement without supporting detail. Lowest value — not used for case publication.

CE1
Description

An explanation of what was done, without process or visual proof. Not sufficient alone.

CE2
Process Evidence

Defined steps, checks or records that show how the order was prepared. Minimum for case support.

CE3
Visual / Data Evidence

Real photos of preparation, packing or loading, or recorded data. Preferred case evidence.

CE4
Transaction Evidence

Linked to a verified order, shipment or repeat purchase. Highest value for a published case.

Expectation Management

What cases do not prove

Case evidence is specific. It shows what happened in one verified order — it does not guarantee the same outcome for every buyer.

⚠ Cases do not prove

These are common assumptions buyers make when reading case studies. They do not match what a case is actually able to demonstrate.

Guaranteed buyer profit — we do not publish profit claims; outcomes depend on the buyer's own market.
Guaranteed sell-through — a case shows a shipment, not a resale result.
Fixed country outcome — each market differs, even for the same product.
Universal configuration — a mix that worked once does not fit every buyer.
Specific buyer identity — names, logos or testimonials require permission and are usually withheld.
Repeat purchase claim — only stated when verified with a real transaction record.
Case FAQ

Questions about our cases

Why do some cases show "Pending verification"?
We only publish a case when its transaction evidence chain is complete — meaning we can link the requirement, configuration, fulfillment and outcome to a real order. Where that chain is still being verified, we show the case structure but clearly label it as pending. We do not present unverified orders as completed cases.
Why don't you show buyer names or company logos?
Buyer names, company logos, faces, testimonials and WhatsApp screenshots require explicit permission from the buyer. Where permission has not been granted, we publish the case without identifying details. This is a privacy and trust practice, not a lack of evidence.
Do your cases guarantee the same result for my order?
No. A case shows what happened in one verified order — it does not guarantee the same outcome for your market. Resale results depend on your own market conditions, pricing, channel and customer base. We publish cases as evidence of process and fulfillment, not as profit or sell-through promises.
Can you share more detail about a specific case?
For published cases, we can share the general structure — market, product mix, grade direction, packing format and container configuration. Additional detail may be available depending on what has been authorized for publication. Contact us and tell us which case you are interested in.
How do I get a recommendation similar to a case?
Tell us which case is closest to your situation — market, product interest and target volume. We will confirm whether a similar configuration is feasible for your order, or recommend an alternative based on your actual market and product need.
How often are new cases published?
Cases are published when their evidence chain is verified, not on a fixed schedule. We do not pad the case library with unverified examples. If you want to see evidence for a specific product or market that is not yet published, ask us directly — we can confirm what is currently available.
