Ross operates an A/B commercial grading system for used shoes. The exact criteria are product-specific — a Grade A mixed sneaker is assessed on different points than a Grade A mixed sandal. Grade does not guarantee identical type, size, style, color or zero signs of use. See the Quality Grade page for the full framework.
